Position: Restaurant Specialist
Employment level: 100% (full-time)
Tasks:
As a restaurant specialist, you are responsible for:
- The warm welcome and expert advice of our guests.
- Ensuring a smooth service process, from ordering to billing.
- Compliance with and implementation of our quality and service standards.
- Preparation of the service area and ensuring cleanliness and order.
- Organization and execution of events and special occasions.
- Wine consultation and serving food and drinks according to professional standards.
Requirements:
- A completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualifications.
- Extensive expertise in service and gastronomy.
- Excellent manners and natural friendliness.
- Teamwork skills, flexibility, and high resilience.
- Very good German skills; additional language skills, especially English and French, are an advantage.
- An independent working style and a strong sense of responsibility.
