Facility Coordinator (m/f) 100% in Luterbach

Your tasks include:
- Perform simple maintenance/repairs/adjustments as well as assembly/disassembly of equipment, systems, building facilities, and sanitary areas
- Responsibility for doors and gates in the GMP area, maintenance and communication with all stakeholders (client: Quality/Operation and external service providers)
- Responsibility for order and customer well-being in the respective building responsibility area
- Complete orders and small projects on time (site services, transport and moving activities, etc.)
- Perform small repairs or cleaning tasks as needed
- Report orders for spare parts and small materials as needed
- Independent completion of customer tasks ("small tasks")
- Plan own activities in coordination with the supervisor
- Supervise external service providers (e.g., craftsmen, site maintenance including winter service, etc.)
- Manage work clothing
- SIVACO rounds and other regular control tasks as specified
Your profile:
- Completed training or equivalent qualification with at least 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Several years of experience in the GMP area
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards when performing tasks.
- Communication skills to exchange simple information.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with a curious mindset.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
