You have a 50% position within the Pharmamobile team (hug.ch/pharmamobile) which designs and implements innovative training around medication for various health professions, patients, and the general public. Pharmamobile is attached to the specialized clinical pharmacy unit of the pharmacy.
You are engaged to work specifically on a project to improve the CAS in Clinical Pharmacy – Pharmacotherapy, whose current program is available online. Your mission is to integrate new pedagogical approaches to optimize the existing CAS version, notably by:
creating additional remote training modules ("Nice to have", "To go even further") to enrich the CAS program and better meet the diverse needs of different target audiences (hospital environment vs. community pharmacy; novice vs. more experienced participants).
Transforming certain parts of the program into remote learning to strengthen self-learning through the introduction of innovative pedagogical methods (e.g., videos, video recordings, interactive modules);
Redesigning some parts in person to improve the learning experience by adding gamification elements and activities promoting active learning (e.g., quiz battles, peer instruction, clinical situation videos). These improvements are implemented progressively, in consultation with the CAS steering committee and under the supervision of a Pharmamobile expert.
You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, are reliable and autonomous. You show creativity and optimism in designing innovative projects. Your interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team are recognized. You possess clinical pharmacy skills, a strong interest in training, and a willingness to develop new skills.
You are comfortable with digital tools and have perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
Qualifications
You hold a federal diploma as a pharmacist or an equivalent recognized title (recognized by MEBEKO).
A completed specialization in hospital and/or clinical pharmacy (MAS, FPH, DES) would be an asset, as well as training or experience in pedagogy.
The right to practice is required.
