For our pastry shop in Pontresina, we are looking for a pastry chef/confectioner (m/f) starting immediately or by arrangement
Area of responsibility
• Production of the complete confectionery and pastry range and doughs
• Co-responsible for high product quality
• Co-responsible for quality control of goods deliveries, storage, and economical
processing of products
• Co-responsible for compliance with quality and hygiene standards, also regarding the cleaning
and maintenance of work equipment
• Consistent and goal-oriented guidance of assigned employees
Requirements profile
• Successfully completed training as baker-pastry chef/confectioner EFZ
• Professional experience as a pastry chef/confectioner
• Solid experience in the production of pralines, baked goods, and sweets
• Communicative, engaging, and open personality with a solution-oriented and networked way of thinking
• Excellent manners, very good knowledge of German
