Head of the Surveillance Sector (ORCT) at 80%
- SEMP251
- SEMP ensures, in collaboration with political, economic, and social actors, the balanced development of the labor market, and it consists of two offices:
- The Labor Market Office (OMAT)
- The Office of Labor Relations and Working Conditions (ORCT)
Directly attached to the head of the ORCT, you manage the human resources of the surveillance sector and coordinate all the missions attached to it, in compliance with the applicable federal and cantonal legislation.
You ensure the application of the rights and obligations of job seekers and companies. In this capacity, you advise companies and make decisions related to reductions in working hours as well as cases of bad weather. You also supervise the monitoring of placement agencies.
You represent the service within commissions as well as cantonal and intercantonal working groups related to the services provided by your sector.
Finally, you develop and maintain strong and lasting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Holder of a university degree in law or an equivalent qualification, you have several years of experience in a position of responsibility.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis abilities. You show good stress resistance as well as great flexibility and availability, while adopting a transversal and multidisciplinary vision, firmly oriented towards clients, solutions, and advice.
You also possess proven writing and organizational skills, which allow you to handle complex files with rigor and efficiency.
Your mastery of legal provisions regarding unemployment insurance and labor law is a decisive asset for this position. Knowledge of German is considered a valuable advantage.
