We are looking for a committed and experienced team member who will help shape and lead our à la carte service at the highest level. You have solid experience in upscale gastronomy – ideally in 5-star hotels – and must have experience from a fine-dining restaurant.
Your shifts will be planned individually with you and will mostly take place between Monday and Friday. The annual workload is around 50%, with phases of 80% or more depending on the season and occupancy, as well as quieter periods with 30% or less.

- High-quality à la carte service at lunchtime
- Flying menu service
- Beverage/wine service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly and attentive service
- Preparation of mise en place
- Banquet service at occasional evening events
- Preparation of the restaurant
- Carrying out general tidying and cleaning tasks
- Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety regulations
Your recipe for success
- Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist
- Experience in service/banquet required
- Interest in high-quality service with an international, high-calibre clientele
- Enjoyment of the profession and guest care
- Preferably experience from a 4*-5* hotel
- Good English skills, any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Good German skills
- Flexibility regarding working hours (lunch and evening service)
