WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE
- You identify Swiss SMEs (25-250 employees) with transaction potential (M&A, succession solutions, carve-outs, MBO/MBI, inorganic growth)
- You are co-responsible for acquiring new mandates as well as sustainably expanding our network and deal pipeline
- Thanks to your entrepreneurial mindset, you utilize cross-selling potentials for other BDO service areas
- You represent BDO at industry and trade fairs and maintain partnerships with multipliers (banks, investors, lawyers, trustees)
- You support the organization and execution of customer events (e.g., entrepreneur forum)
- You work closely with our interdisciplinary deal advisory teams (M&A, due diligence, valuations, real estate, disputes & investigation)
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- You are a convincing, winning personality who enjoys direct exchange with SME entrepreneurs
- You are familiar with transaction processes and have many years of experience in business client support or consulting
- You have a resilient network in the SME environment in German-speaking Switzerland (ideally with a focus on Zurich/Eastern Switzerland)
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- You are characterized by team spirit, organizational talent, a structured way of working, and entrepreneurial thinking
