RECTIFICATION SECTOR MANAGER

The CODEC Group, an industrial company specialized in precision micro-turning located in the canton of Neuchâtel, is looking for its subsidiary ADAX SA:

A very interesting and motivating position for an experienced mechanic wishing to fully utilize

his technical skills and precision

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

• Manage the department's employees with the support of the hierarchical manager

• Ensure the training and versatility of employees to guarantee quality work

• Monitor the schedule

• Ensure production and production follow-up

• Participate in machine adjustments

• Manage and maintain production equipment, tooling, and fixtures

• Manage non-conformities

• Follow the continuous improvement process and optimize existing procedures

• Participate in projects for acquiring new production equipment

YOUR PROFILE:

• Precision mechanic CFC or equivalent

• Several years of experience in a mechanical department

• Meticulous

• Dynamic and organized

• Ability to manage and motivate a team

• Logical and methodical mindset
