For the Raiffeisenbank Villmergen, a successful and locally focused bank with branches in Sarmenstorf and Dottikon, we are looking to complement our team with an experienced personality as a Basic Private Customer Advisor (m/f/d).

• Co-responsibility for ensuring smooth front office operations (handling the cash counter, filling ATMs, organizing cash orders)
• Competent and comprehensive advice to our private customers on basic products such as payments, savings, investments, and retirement planning
• Identifying needs and referring customers to the responsible specialist advisors
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Building and managing your own customer portfolio
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures, especially in contact campaigns

• Completed banking training
• Practical experience in customer consulting
• Sound knowledge in the areas of payments, savings, investments, retirement planning
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Good communication skills and a professional and confident appearance
• Teamwork and flexibility
