ERP Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / BC

A central focus of our activities is the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central. Our goal is to holistically support our customers in the sustainable transformation and modernization of their business processes.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as an experienced professional who takes responsibility for complex Microsoft Dynamics projects and supports our customers in Switzerland in successfully achieving their digital transformation goals.

Your tasks 

• You take on the overall responsibility for the end-to-end realization of ERP projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and/or BC
• You confidently manage all aspects of project implementation – from budget, deadlines, and scope to quality and risk management
• You are the central contact person for our customers and act as a connecting interface between clients, functional consultants, and ELCA's development teams. You coordinate local resources as well as near- and offshore delivery centers as needed
• As the leader of the project team, you plan, structure, and moderate workshops and training sessions and actively support our customers' departments (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) in the definition, conception, and implementation of their ERP solutions
• You actively contribute to pre-sales activities and take responsibility for preparing offers as well as bid management for ERP projects

Your profile

• You have a solid professional background in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable field (FH/university)
• You bring more than five years of experience in successfully leading ERP implementation projects at a service company, including at least three years in the environment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and/or BC
• You possess a profound understanding of Dynamics 365 FO and/or BC and are familiar with both the functional and technical challenges of complex ERP projects. You lead functional and technical consultant teams confidently and with high quality standards
• You have experience in planning and executing cutover scenarios, rollouts, and core model deployments
• You have solid knowledge of project management methods, delivery, and governance models and navigate confidently in demanding customer interactions
• You convince as an open, cooperative leadership personality with pronounced communication skills and confident presence at management and executive levels
• You communicate fluently in German and English, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
