To strengthen our team in the AI & Operations area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Senior Project Manager, 80-100%, at the Basel Headquarters location starting 01.04.2026.

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for evaluating automation requests in terms of benefits, effort, and feasibility.
- You are responsible for prioritizing strategic projects to increase operational efficiency.
- You ensure that process requirements and target images are complete, consistent, and aligned end-to-end.
- You validate business cases, including benefit assumptions and effort estimates.
- You identify deviations and initiate targeted control or escalation measures to achieve the expected efficiency and quality goals.
- You ensure complete documentation for operation and further development.
- You coordinate tests, approvals, and handovers.
- You are responsible for end-to-end management of project implementation regarding resources, time, quality, and dependencies.

Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
- You have several years (at least 7 years) of professional experience in process automation/project management or in interface roles between business and IT.
- You bring proven experience in process automation as well as workflow, RPA, and AI-supported process steps.
- You have experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps, Confluence).
- You like to take responsibility and can convince through your proactive and independent working style.
- You can influence contacts effectively through your strong communication skills.
- You speak fluent English and/or German; French is also an advantage.
