Facility Maintenance Specialist (Female) / Facility Maintenance Specialist (Male) 50-100%
The Facility Services department of the Bühl Foundation is committed to ensuring that young people with learning disabilities successfully complete their apprenticeships in order to lead as independent a life as possible, integrate professionally and socially, and participate in society. We are looking for a personality who is independent, communicative, reliable, and enjoys taking on new challenges.
Your tasks
- Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of the Bühl Foundation's properties
- Waste management and disposal
- Care of the green areas
- You work with clients and support them in achieving their individual training goals
Your qualifications
- A vocational apprenticeship EFZ in a manual trade with several years of professional experience in property maintenance is an advantage
- Enjoy working with young people with disabilities as well as
- A sense of order and cleanliness
- High service orientation
