About us Le Bistro Arosa is a traditional, popular evening restaurant in the heart of Arosa. We convince with classic culinary craftsmanship, modern preparations, and many fresh products. Our young, dynamic team is looking forward to reinforcement for the upcoming winter season.
Your tasks
- Preparation and cooking of our seasonal evening menu
- Implementation of classic and modern recipes with attention to quality and presentation
- Receipt, storage, and care of fresh ingredients
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Teamwork, shared responsibility for smooth service operations
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook or comparable experience
- Experience in a restaurant kitchen, skilled in classic craftsmanship
- Team player, reliable, resilient, and flexible
- Enjoy working with fresh products and creative preparations
- Willingness to work mainly in the evenings (restaurant open only in the evenings)
What we offer
- Seasonal position from December 1, 2025 to April 5, 2026
- Payment above minimum wage
- Staff room with private bathroom and large communal kitchen
- Sunday day off
- Work in a young, dynamic team in a traditional business with a large regular clientele
- Central location in the center of Arosa
