• Independent assembly of assemblies for special and gear rail gearboxes
• Assembly and adjustment of bearing units
• Thermal and hydraulic joining of cylindrical/conical press fits
• Mechanical processing on conventional lathes
• Wheelset joining on the MAE wheelset press if required
• Development of continuous improvement proposals in your own area

• Completed vocational training as a machine, polytechnic, or agricultural machinery mechanic with EFZ
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are required
• Confident handling of assembly drawings
• Structured and goal-oriented working method with a focus on quality
• Experience in handling measuring instruments and machine operation
• Conscious handling of materials, work equipment, and tools
• Enjoyment of work, commitment, and initiative
• Motivated, honest, and flexible personality
