The Service Center of Financial Consulting supports the specialist areas of pension, taxes, and succession in the preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as mandate management, freeing up the experts. In the role of Clerk: Financial Consulting, you support our experts in the tax area. Do you want to temporarily lend us a hand and are you ready to assist us during this limited period with processing tax documents? Then we look forward to your application!
Your tasks
- Processing incoming mail: Responsible for physical incoming mail in the tax area
- Data maintenance and entry: Processing and maintaining tax-relevant data (e.g., address, marital status, social security number) in internal applications as well as filing documents in physical dossiers
- Correspondence with authorities and clients: Writing confirmation letters for submitted documents to our clients as well as correspondence with tax authorities and preparing offers for new mandate clients
- Supporting our specialists: Preparation and follow-up of consultation meetings including archiving and invoicing
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or high school diploma
- You have a quick grasp as well as willingness and endurance for repetitive tasks
- You convince with a careful, structured, and reliable working style
- Responsibility and service orientation are your priorities
- You are very familiar with MS Office applications
