Profile

• Restaurant specialist EBA/EFZ or experience in the profession
• Languages: German required, additional languages desired (English, Italian, French)
• Well-groomed appearance
• Reliable, resilient, team-oriented, quality-conscious

Professional qualification

• You have good German skills; knowledge of Italian, English, French is advantageous but not mandatory
• You are team-oriented and resilient
• Creative with enthusiasm for the service profession
• You have an independent and structured way of working
• You understand the tasks assigned to you and can implement them accordingly
• Good expertise, guest-oriented as well as networked and holistic thinking
• You appreciate demanding customers and high quality standards
• Flexibility and creativity characterize you
• Evening shifts as well as Sundays & public holidays are a matter of course for you
• You have experience in half-board and à la carte service

Main tasks

• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• You are an upbeat, committed personality and know how to inspire our guests as well as other employees with your positive charisma
• Willingness to work flexible and independent shifts in all services/shifts
• Ensuring high quality in service and restaurant
• Co-responsibility for the implementation & monitoring of the restaurant concept (cleanliness/order, etc.)
• Assistance with laundry ordering, goods receipt control, inventory management, and stocktaking
