Assembly Supervisor for Façade Scaffolding (all)
Job Description- Professional leadership and support of assembly teams on construction sites
- Checking the correct and safe execution of scaffold assemblies
- Identifying and documenting defects as well as initiating corrections
- Introduction, guidance and further training of employees
- Coordination and communication with site management, depot management and chief assemblers
- Ensuring an efficient, timely and safe construction process
- Documentation of relevant processes and forwarding to site management or department management
- Ensuring and implementing SUVA requirements in the company and on construction sites
- Completed vocational training in the construction trade
- Several years of professional experience in construction management of façade projects
- Independent, solution-oriented and organised working style with high initiative and flexibility
- Confident appearance, strong social skills and leadership qualities as well as enjoyment of customer contact
- High reliability, sense of responsibility and strong safety awareness
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Valid driving licence category B
