What you bring
- Completed training in warehouse logistics, preferably with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a managerial position in the handling area
- Sound knowledge of the processes of a handling warehouse, load securing, hazardous goods, and scanner technologies
- Experience with warehouse management and transport management systems
- Knowledge of common quality and safety standards in the warehouse area
- Leadership personality with exemplary function and a high degree of social competence
- Strong communication skills, conflict resolution competence, and a solution-oriented working style
