To strengthen our Sales & Marketing Department, which offers our clients high-level services by welcoming customers from all over Switzerland and handling their requests from various contact channels, we are looking for a Customer Relations Officer at 80%.

The various tasks awaiting you:

• Convey a positive and caring image of Vaudoise Assurances
• Inform clients about Vaudoise's assistance and insurance services as well as those of our partners by phone, email, or chat
• Manage online customers (motor vehicle contracts, client area, etc.)
• Handle and process telephone overflow from Vaudoise agencies
• Coordinate customer requests with the relevant contacts
• Provide first-level support for telematics customers

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Vocational Training (AFP) or Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in the commercial field
• Successful initial experience in a similar position
• Swiss-German native speaker, oral and written proficiency in French (C1) and German (C1)
• Oral proficiency in Italian (B2)
• Basic knowledge of the insurance field is an asset
