How you will contribute

Clarification of technical feasibility

Concept, design and implementation of electrical control systems

Introduction of ideas and concepts during the further development of existing machines

Creation, modification, testing and approval of circuit diagrams, cable harnesses, I/O plans and embedded software

Evaluation, review, testing, integration and approval of electrical and electronic components and software products from suppliers

Manual work on mock-up devices and prototypes

Definition, execution and documentation of verification tests and support on external safety test

Creation, modification and maintenance of product and development documentation

Ensuring proper file and data management

Demonstrate ownership for inquiries in his technical area of responsibility

What you will need

BSc, Msc or higher technical college (HF) with continued educations in Electrical Engineering, Automation or comparable subjects

Proven knowledge and experience as electrical engineer and designer

Proven professional experience in planning, designing and maintaining electrical systems in industrial machines

Specialized knowledge of directives and standards (e.g. low voltage directive, machinery directive, EMC directive)

Experience with Eplan P8 and Harness or a comparable CAD system

Fluent in English and German

Strong team spirit, customer orientation and hands-on mentality
