An excellent communicator, you possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, you assert yourself with natural leadership and have very good adaptability, interpersonal skills, and autonomy with a strong taste for teamwork.
You have developed very good technical knowledge in the maintenance of automated logistics systems and have at least 3 years of proven experience on demanding projects of industrialization, maintenance, retrofit, improvement of logistics means: automatic stacker cranes and shuttle systems, Kardex, elevators, conveyors, etc. in the automotive, aeronautics, food industry and/or a high-throughput industrial field?
Join the Auctae team in Switzerland as a project manager for the maintenance of automated logistics systems
As a project manager for the maintenance of automated logistics systems, you:
- conduct technical analyses on the various equipment of the logistics chain and implement corrective and technical actions in connection with technical teams and suppliers;
- manage a portfolio of "factory" logistics equipment and means;
- lead risk and criticality analyses for major retrofits;
- translate the needs of your clients, production, logistics, and after-sales departments into solutions and write the technical specifications SPEC as well as the associated specifications CDC for the sub-assemblies and components of the equipment;
- plan corrective maintenance and technical interventions while minimizing the impact on production activities;
- monitor equipment modifications;
- be a driving force in continuous improvement, particularly in managing component obsolescence (sensors, PLCs, associated software, etc.);
- collaborate cross-functionally with business experts, purchasing, production, and suppliers.
