Junior Customer Service Advisor Body Shop 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:As a Junior Customer Service Advisor, you support our customer service in the body shop and paint shop. You are the first contact person for our customers regarding repair inquiries and ensure smooth processes and satisfied customers with your service-oriented manner.
- You assist with damage assessment on the vehicle, prepare quotes and repair orders, support follow-up calculations, and take on simple partial calculations
- You help plan and coordinate repair appointments using software programs
- You participate in vehicle handover and assist in explaining the work performed
- You ensure friendly customer communication and are able to professionally answer customer inquiries
- You receive customer concerns, complaints, and claims and take care of further processing
- You have a basic education as a car body mechanic or car body painter
- You have the interest and willingness to attend appropriate training or further education in the field of service advisor
- With your open manner and communication talent, you find it easy to conduct customer conversations in a friendly and professional way
- You have a sales flair and enjoy actively offering suitable solutions
- A confident handling of digital tools and IT knowledge is a matter of course for you
