What is this role about?

You lead the production line, manage the shift supervisors, and ensure a stable and efficient operation. At the same time, you drive continuous improvements, ensure quality standards, and promote the development of your employees.

What tasks will you take on?

• You are responsible for the overall management of the DRCKB production line, which operates in a 2-shift system, ensuring a stable and efficient operation.
• You lead two shift supervisors and their teams, ensure optimal deployment planning of personnel and resources, and guarantee proper training of employees through targeted training and instruction.
• You continuously analyze production processes, identify efficiency potentials, and actively drive sustainable improvements.
• You consistently implement Kaizen and Lean initiatives, ensure compliance with all quality standards, and conduct audits for process conformity.
• You organize training and further education, promote the professional and personal development of employees, and act as a connecting link between production and technical organization.

What do we expect from you? 

• You have completed technical training as a mechanic or possess an equivalent qualification.
• You hold a higher technical vocational education (HF), providing a solid foundation for demanding leadership and production tasks.
• You bring initial leadership experience in a production environment and take responsibility for people, processes, and results.
• You lead by example, motivate and sustainably develop your employees, and promote a performance- and team-oriented work environment.
• You think process- and result-oriented, understand complex technical procedures, and actively drive continuous improvements and efficiency increases.
