Who are we?
The Swiss Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training EHB is the Swiss center of expertise for vocational education and training. We train and further educate those responsible for vocational education, research vocational education, develop professions further, and support international vocational education cooperation. Our locations are in Zollikofen near Bern (headquarters), Lausanne, and Lugano, with external sites in Olten and Zurich.
For the Services division in Zollikofen or Lausanne, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for an
Application Manager Abacus (80-100%)
Your area of responsibility
- You ensure that our ERP system Abacus is optimally aligned with our requirements and actively shape its further development
- You support the system-technical implementation of the digitization of work and business processes
- After defining the requirements, you lead the projects for implementation and coordinate further developments with the suppliers
- In operations, you take care of operational topics such as 2nd-level support, training, release and capacity management, data quality, etc.
Your profile
- Completed education/training in business administration or business informatics
- Several years of professional experience in business analysis and/or application management
- Experience in project management and project work in the ERP area
- Knowledge of Abacus (finance, personnel, administration) is an advantage
- You enjoy working in a team, are curious, self-responsible, and bring a lot of initiative
- You have good German or French skills and can conduct professional conversations in English. Other national languages are an advantage
