Project Manager Timber Construction

Are you interested in developing innovative projects in timber construction? Do you have further training as a timber construction foreman or HF technician in timber construction and are full of passion and commitment for the timber construction sector – then you fit perfectly with us.
Here is what you will do
- Calculation of timber construction projects
- Creating construction plans in CAD
- Project management of diverse new/conversion and renovation projects from offer planning to project completion
- Customer consulting and acquisition
- Scheduling, work preparation, and supervision of execution work
- Quality, cost, and schedule controls; including preparation of billing
These are your skills and strengths
- Completed further training as a timber construction foreman, HF technician in timber construction, or project manager (or comparable further training)
- A communicative and convincing appearance as a specialist towards our customers, partners, and authorities
- The ability and experience to motivate and lead people
- Organizational talent and negotiation skills
