What you bring:
- Experience in reception in an international environment to provide high value-added services
- Experience in security, an asset
- Great autonomy, efficiency, and good management of responsibilities
- Excellent presentation, strong sense of hospitality, customer service and communication, as well as discretion
- Perfect mastery of French (C2)
- Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2), German an asset
- Ease with common IT tools and administrative tasks
- Priority management, flexible, dynamic and enthusiastic
- Ideally with a vehicle + valid driving license
- Irreproachable integrity (checks of criminal records, financial registers, civil capacity certificate and any past or ongoing criminal proceedings)
- Swiss nationality, C permit, B permit with authorized gainful employment (for more than 2 years if third-country national) or EU/EFTA citizen
