Tactical Criminal Analyst (m/f/d)

The St.Gallen Cantonal Police ensures peace, security, and order in the canton of St.Gallen around the clock. It solves crimes and monitors compliance with applicable laws.

How could the detected series of burglaries at dusk be related to the suspicious observation of a passenger car? Can the detained shoplifter also be linked to other offenses? Does the detected pattern in the lightning burglaries of electronics stores also apply to the next incident? The Criminal Analysis Department (KAS) takes care of exactly these questions. It supports the various departments in solving and reducing crime in the areas of strategic, tactical, and operational criminal analysis.
