YOUR TASKS

• Strategic planning and management of agencies, as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation of performance marketing campaigns (Paid Social Media, Search Engine Marketing (SEA/SEO))
• Responsibility for the STOBAG AG website: analysis of user behavior and the customer journey to identify optimization potentials regarding UX and conversion; ongoing updating of attractive and search engine optimized content, collaboration with internal developer for further development of website features as well as UX and SEO agencies
• Development, maintenance, and management of marketing activities using marketing automation
• Web analytics and creation of reports to collect and evaluate relevant key figures per channel or campaign; derivation of recommendations for action and measures
• Close cooperation with IT, sales, and marketing managers in the country subsidiaries, using agile working methods according to SAFe

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed higher education or further training in marketing and communication
• Several years of professional experience in marketing, at least 3 years in digital marketing
• Technical affinity and sound knowledge of digital tools (marketing automation, CMS, web analytics, and MS Office)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking as well as ability for data-driven decision making
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
