Le Mirabeau Resort and SPA**** Superior is a family-run resort hotel of the 3rd generation of the Julen and Reichenbach family with a total of 87 residential units. The hotel is located in the quieter part of the village and offers a majestic view of the Matterhorn and the surrounding Mischabel mountain range.

The rooms and suites are spread over the main building, the Alpine annex and the Etoile annex opened in 2024 – the latter in charming French country house style. In addition, serviced apartments are available in the opposite Chalet Antoine.

Your Opportunity: Chef de Partie Patisserie (m/f/d)

Do you want to take responsibility, love hospitality, structure and creative work in the patisserie?

You have:

• Experience as Chef de Partie in seasonal hospitality

• Completed training as cook/pastry chef

• Extensive knowledge in the field of HACCP

• Good language skills (D, E, F)

• Leadership experience and enjoyment in working with young people

• Desire to take responsibility

• Are committed, motivated and love dealing with international guests

Your tasks include:

• Independent working method when assisting a station

• Overall organization of mise-en-place at the assigned station

• Bring in creative new ideas and optimal station handover during absence

• Compliance with our quality standards

• Outstanding commitment, service readiness and great interest in a team-oriented way of working
