To strengthen our infrastructure team, we are looking for a committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
In this area of responsibility, you can realize yourself:
- Infrastructure service with responsibility for coordinating inquiries, interface activities via email and phone, as well as control and replenishment tasks
- Ensuring well-maintained, functional, and inviting premises at several locations
- Organization and maintenance of a well-structured material warehouse
- Coordination and support of external partners during repairs and inspections
- Participation in the organization and execution of internal events as well as moves and renovations
- Ensuring clean, well-maintained, and always available professional and operational laundry
- Active participation in the safety organization
- Support and promotion of our apprentice specialist in operational maintenance specializing in building services
For a long-term commitment, you bring the following:
- Completed training in a service-oriented function, ideally as a certified operational maintenance specialist (EFZ)
- Experience in a comparable position or strong motivation to contribute in this environment
- Responsible, reliable, and versatile personality with all-rounder qualities
- Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaboration in a collegial environment
- High physical resilience and willingness to actively pitch in
- Very good IT user skills (Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, MS Teams, and OneNote)
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
