In the canton of Thurgau, all residents should feel safe. More than 500 employees of the Thurgau Cantonal Police ensure this around the clock with a modern organization and in close contact with the population.

The Equipment and Operations department ensures the procurement and supply (replenishment, maintenance, and return) of all personal equipment and corps materials necessary for the cantonal police to fulfill their duties, as well as the operation of the training facilities.

To complete our team, we are looking for a

• Ensuring efficient procurement, supply, and management of police equipment – from replenishment to return
• Measuring, issuing, and taking back clothing items
• Carrying out complete order processing with the available ERP system
• Ensuring warehouse management
• Supporting the development and optimization of materials as well as cross-departmental procurement
• Logistical tasks during special events and situations

• Completed technical or manual basic training, alternatively training in retail with comparable qualifications
• Professional experience in the clothing industry, materials management, and logistics is an advantage
• Business management knowledge is a plus
• Confident handling of Office and ERP tools
• Strong service orientation as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Teamwork skills and strong communication
