Project Developer Flexible Assets (all)

• You support the identification and evaluation of new projects in the areas of CCGT, batteries, and hydrogen
• You collect and analyze market information and prepare decision-making bases for investments
• In collaboration with partners, you contribute to the development of joint ventures and accompany ideas through to project implementation
• You assist in creating financial models and project documents for management decisions – from the idea to due diligence
• Together with the team, you develop roadmaps to implement strategic priorities
• You bring in your perspective to optimize processes, reduce risks, and unlock growth potentials

• You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, energy management, or a related field – a master's is a plus but not a must
• Initial practical experience in the energy industry, plant engineering, or business development helps you approach projects with curiosity and pragmatism
• You have a basic understanding of flexible energy technologies and want to further develop your knowledge in an inspiring environment
• You enjoy working with numbers – budget planning, cost analyses, or first insights into financial models are fun for you
• You like to work collaboratively, actively contribute to the team, and enjoy developing innovative solutions together
• You communicate clearly and understandably – in English and ideally also in German and/or French
