About the job
Your responsibilities
- Prepare, set up and ensure the service of breakfast and lunch breaks (buffets, coffee breaks, snacks, etc.)
- Manage the setup of conference rooms according to the needs of internal clients (layout, equipment, cleanliness)
- Welcome colleagues and visitors with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure the quality of service, the supply of buffets and the smooth running of the events
- Take care of tidying up and cleaning after events
- Collaborate with kitchen, logistics and reception teams to guarantee smooth and quality service
Your profile
- Hotel and catering CFC
- Significant experience in banqueting service, hotel or event management, conferences or catering service coordination.
- Excellent command of English (bilingual level) and French, both written and spoken.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate several events simultaneously.
- Interpersonal skills and customer orientation to provide impeccable service.
- Neat appearance, sense of service and good time management
- Good physical endurance
