Job Description

We are looking for reliable and empathetic sitters (pool employment) to support our team.

Tasks:

Presence and calm accompaniment of patients
Observation of condition and reporting changes to nursing staff
Creating a safe and trusting atmosphere
No nursing activities required

Qualifications

Has very good knowledge of German
Possesses good observation skills, recognizes changes in the patient
Sense of responsibility and reliability
Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
Experience in dealing with people is an advantage
Implements hygiene guidelines in healthcare
