You can look forward to these tasks
- Ensuring the highest possible availability of technical systems at the location
- Maintenance work on buildings and premises
- Care of the premises such as winter service, green area work, cleaning activities and disposal
- Maintenance work on technical systems such as refrigeration systems, heating systems, conveyor systems, compressed air systems, ventilation systems, gate and door systems, sprinkler systems and fire protection systems
- Coordination and supervision of external suppliers
- Revision planning in cooperation with the superior authority
- Troubleshooting on technical equipment

- Completed technical or craft vocational training supplemented by professional experience in building maintenance
- Further training in building services and safety desirable
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong team skills
- Willingness for evening and on-call duties outside office hours
