The Victim Assistance of Graubünden offers help to people who have been harmed physically, mentally, or sexually due to a crime and to their relatives in dealing with the consequences of crimes.
Victim Assistance / Domestic Violence

For June 1st, 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for a social worker.

Tasks

Consultation and support for adults, youth, and children who have been victims of violence
Advice on legal matters as well as psychosocial support for victims
Accompaniment during criminal proceedings as well as mediation of assistance according to the law concerning victim assistance
Creation of a network and collaboration within and outside the specialized service

What we expect from you

Completed training as a social worker BSc/SUP or in a related field (psychology/law)
Experience in complex counseling situations
Autonomy, ability to cope with stressful situations as well as interdisciplinary thinking and acting
Good communication skills (written and oral) in German and preferably also in Italian
Knowledge of foreign languages is desirable
