• You ensure building maintenance and the functionality of all technical systems at Brühlgut.
• You monitor, check, and carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on systems. 
• You conduct instructions on our properties, safety equipment, furniture, vehicles, and take on internal fire protection training.
• You assist in organizing events and cross-departmental projects. 
• You contribute to the support of colleagues and trainees with disabilities.

• Because you have completed basic training as an electrician EFZ or can demonstrate equivalent education or further training. 
• Because you have several years of experience in building maintenance. 
• Because you hold a valid category B driving license. 
• Because you actively use your good Office skills to ensure smooth processes.
• Because you have already completed training as a "SIBE Fire Protection Officer" or are willing to complete it. 
• Because you enjoy working with people with different needs. 
• Because you are willing to perform on-call duty.
