Mission:

Directly reporting to the Technical Manager or their assistant, as a Maintenance Agent, you contribute to the upkeep and renovation of the site as well as the proper functioning of technical installations. Your main responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring preventive, corrective, and curative maintenance in our establishment on heating, plumbing, pool, electricity, air conditioning, painting, and minor masonry
• Ensuring technical maintenance in case of anomalies
• Participating in restoration work
• Monitoring and tracking interventions within the framework of the hotel's preventive maintenance plan
• Reporting any malfunction of technical installations and any site deterioration
• Actively participating in the service life (keeping premises tidy, managing stock supplies, handling, attending service meetings)
• As part of your mission and upon request from various departments, you will intervene with clients while respecting their privacy, clearly explaining the technical problem they encounter, and reassuring them about its resolution
• Accompanying external companies during their interventions
• Participating in energy management and proper maintenance of various installations
• Actively contributing to client comfort satisfaction
• Respecting current safety rules and deadlines for the tasks assigned to you
• Ensuring compliance with hotel, brand, and Group standards and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with the Accor environmental charter and sustainable development policy
• As a brand and group ambassador, you participate in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives of your service
• Any other tasks required by the needs of the service or hotel to satisfy our clients and facilitate their stay
• Being responsible for respecting fire safety instructions

Profile:

• Bac Pro, BEP/CAP training in electrotechnics or industrial maintenance
• Minimum two years of experience in similar roles
• Good oral communication in English desired
• Essential organizational skills, responsiveness, autonomy, and a strong sense of service
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are imperative

Availability:

Weekend availability required

Variable and rotating hours (from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) totaling 39 hours per week.
