The Cressy Santé center, the only balneotherapy center in Geneva that receives people with reduced mobility for rehabilitation and readaptation, welcomes people wishing to heal and relax in a large wellness area. Covering an area of 2400 m2, it includes, among other things, a 300 m2 pool, a large jacuzzi, a relaxation room, a sauna, a hammam, an odorium, a fitness area, and a 27 m2 rehabilitation and physiotherapy pool. Job description
You autonomously ensure the operational management and development of Cressy Santé.
You manage and organize the daily operation of the center, guaranteeing quality, safety, and hygiene of the services offered to clients and patients.
You supervise and support a team of about fifteen people, composed of receptionists and sports instructors, ensuring the adequacy of skills and fostering a positive work environment.
You contribute to resource optimization and financial monitoring while developing projects aligned with the strategic directions of the Operations Department. You represent the center to internal and external partners and promote its services.
We offer you the opportunity to thrive and apply your natural leadership and proven team management skills.
With a strong customer service orientation, you know how to adapt to operational requirements by demonstrating flexibility when necessary, while making quick decisions to meet the Institution's needs and ensure the satisfaction of a demanding clientele. Your tact and communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with all your interlocutors.
Qualifications
You hold a university degree in healthcare facility management or an equivalent qualification. Additional training in health and wellness service marketing and team management ideally complements your background.
You have at least ten years of professional experience as a manager of a care, rehabilitation, or wellness center, including five years managing multidisciplinary teams.
You have built a solid reputation for your leadership, listening, and team management skills and your passion for human relations, including coordination with medical and paramedical teams. You successfully and autonomously assume your responsibilities while ensuring regular reporting to your hierarchy.
You are also recognized for your ability to develop services, engage your teams towards excellence, manage entrusted budgets, your negotiation skills, and your knowledge of hygiene and health safety protocols.
