Specialist in Personal Insurance, 80%-100%

Your area of responsibility

Support and advice for assigned corporate clients
Participation in the Personal Insurance Competence Center
Daily customer contact by phone, email, and in personal meetings
Preparation of insurance concepts and tender documents, offer comparisons
Preparation of documents and administrative management of the customer portfolio
Claims management
Regular customer visits
Communication/negotiation with customers and insurers

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in the personal insurance sector at a broker or insurance company

Professional experience in corporate business as well as knowledge of all industries (including occupational pension) is an advantage
Insurance intermediary (VBV) as well as insurance-specific training and further education, preferably as a social insurance specialist
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; foreign languages are an advantage
Independent working style and strong assertiveness
Enjoyment of professional challenges as well as customer contact
