Specialist in Personal Insurance, 80%-100%
Your area of responsibility
- Support and advice for assigned corporate clients
- Participation in the Personal Insurance Competence Center
- Daily customer contact by phone, email, and in personal meetings
- Preparation of insurance concepts and tender documents, offer comparisons
- Preparation of documents and administrative management of the customer portfolio
- Claims management
- Regular customer visits
- Communication/negotiation with customers and insurers
Your profile
Several years of professional experience in the personal insurance sector at a broker or insurance company
- Professional experience in corporate business as well as knowledge of all industries (including occupational pension) is an advantage
- Insurance intermediary (VBV) as well as insurance-specific training and further education, preferably as a social insurance specialist
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; foreign languages are an advantage
- Independent working style and strong assertiveness
- Enjoyment of professional challenges as well as customer contact
