Workshop Manager 80-100% (m/f)

As Workshop Manager, you are the contact person for customers, keep the team together, and ensure that employees also feel part of the Robert Aebi family. • Management and coordination of workshop processes
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the workshop team
• Ensuring quality and efficiency in maintenance, repair, and servicing of agricultural machinery
• Independent acquisition and management of workshop orders
• Technical advice and support for the team and customers
• Responsibility for occupational safety and compliance with regulations

• Completed technical training in agricultural technology, mechanical engineering, or comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in a workshop or technical service, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Professional experience with agricultural machinery and forestry technology (advantageous with John Deere)
• Organizational talent, teamwork skills, and assertiveness
• Driver's license class B/E
