About the job
- You support our residents in organizing and managing their daily lives.
- You carry out treatment nursing and/or medical orders within the scope of your competencies.
- You ensure the safety and care of chronically mentally ill people.
- You document the care and support process and thus contribute to quality assurance.
- You take on key worker duties and work closely with internal and external contacts.
- You have completed training as a care specialist with a focus on people with disabilities (recognition by the SBFI is required for foreign qualifications).
- You are a balanced, empathetic personality who approaches our residents with patience and empathy.
- You have good German language skills in speaking and writing – at least level C1.
- Good IT skills make administrative tasks easier for you.
