About the job

Your Tasks

You support our residents in organizing and managing their daily lives.
You carry out treatment nursing and/or medical orders within the scope of your competencies.
You ensure the safety and care of chronically mentally ill people.
You document the care and support process and thus contribute to quality assurance.
You take on key worker duties and work closely with internal and external contacts.

Your Profile

You have completed training as a care specialist with a focus on people with disabilities (recognition by the SBFI is required for foreign qualifications).
You are a balanced, empathetic personality who approaches our residents with patience and empathy.
You have good German language skills in speaking and writing – at least level C1.
Good IT skills make administrative tasks easier for you.

First Day of Work
