As an employee in Facility Management, you ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure and contribute significantly to the preservation of the value of our buildings and facilities. You take on versatile tasks in the areas of caretaking, maintenance, and repairs and are the contact person for internal as well as external service providers. With your craftsmanship and solution-oriented working style, you ensure that our technical facilities function reliably.
YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Taking over all infrastructural tasks in Facility Management
- General caretaking work (e.g., changing light bulbs, garden and surrounding area work, winter service)
- Carrying out unplanned repairs on building services systems
- Monitoring and regular maintenance of building and building services technology
- Coordinating planned maintenance with internal and external contacts
- Accompanying and supervising third-party companies and craftsmen in the building
- Planning and implementing smaller conversions and adjustments
- Participation in on-call duty and support in emergencies
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed training as a facility management specialist or comparable manual training
- Professional experience in facility management or building services technology is an advantage
- Technical understanding of building and building services technology (sanitary, heating, electrical)
- Willingness to be on call and occasional assignments outside regular working hours
- Independent, reliable, and flexible working style
- Driver's license category B
