Landscape Gardener EFZ 100% (m/f)

Plants are your world? Then take over from a long-standing employee who is retiring after many successful years. You will independently manage your diverse area of responsibility and work closely with a young team. Together, you will ensure the care and further development of our varied park facilities, diverse plantings and water features as well as our small vineyard in Höngg – with a special focus on biodiversity and sustainability.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a gardener EFZ, specialising in garden and landscape construction
• Sound expertise and practical experience in the care and design of green spaces
• Experience in the establishment and maintenance of high-quality perennial and border plantings
• Independent, reliable and quality-conscious working style
• Team spirit, flexibility and high commitment
• Enjoyment in contact with residents and a strong service orientation
• Driving licence category B; category BE or willingness to obtain it
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Physical fitness and sure-footedness for work on ladders and at heights
• Enjoyment of natural and sustainable green space maintenance

Your Area of Responsibility

• Independent execution of demanding maintenance and upkeep work in gardens and parks
• Carrying out planting, sowing, pruning and maintenance work
• Care and further development of our green spaces according to ecological and sustainable principles
• Maintenance and upkeep of ponds, pools and other bodies of water
• Proper use and maintenance of machines, equipment and tools
• Execution of modification and new construction work such as dry stone walls, pond facilities, large tree and shrub plantings as well as recreational and seating areas
• Assistance with winter services and ensuring traffic-safe paths and places
