Your Tasks
- Determination, observation, and documentation of the care process
- Implementation of nursing measures such as basic care of our patients (m/f/d)
- Conducting conversations and accompanying our patients (m/f/d) in everyday life and during therapies
- Planning and conducting group activities
- Promoting a conscious and active approach to the illness through information and individual counseling
- Operation of medical devices and aids
- Proficient handling of clinic-specific IT systems is an advantage
Your Profile
- Professional qualification in geriatric nursing with several years of professional experience is an advantage
