Host/Managing Director of Rotz Genusswelt 100% (m/f/d)

As host and managing director, you bear overall responsibility for all areas of von Rotz Genusswelt. You are the first point of contact and thus "the face" of the restaurant and hotel, inspire guests through your communicative, appreciative manner, and live your profession with passion. With your commitment, presence, and organizational talent, you lead the business profitably and ensure that guests enjoy unforgettable experiences. At the same time, you promote a team that is professionally strong, empathetic, harmonious, and works together with the appropriate cheerfulness.

• You bear overall responsibility and ensure that all processes are implemented efficiently, with high quality, and sustainably. For this, you coordinate operational processes and ensure the consistent implementation of the existing business concept
• You lead employees respectfully and appreciatively, train and support them in daily operations, thus fostering a motivated and committed team
• You are responsible for the defined quality standards and ensure that the von Rotz values are lived in daily operations
• You are responsible for the high reputation of your business area – both with guests and employees – and ensure the economic success of the restaurant and hotel
• You lead and promote employees, actively work as a role model, and thus encourage exceptional performance. At the same time, you consciously provide space for creative suggestions and motivating success experiences for each individual
• You actively participate in the further development of the business and develop proposals for optimizations and new concepts for the board of directors
• You work closely with your team colleagues from all adjacent areas, coordinate processes, and thus ensure smooth and harmonious operations
• You take on various administrative tasks – from duty scheduling to budget and cost control to inventory management – and ensure that all processes run correctly and efficiently

• You have a solid education in gastronomy or hotel management, have successfully completed an advanced qualification (e.g., HF or equivalent), and bring several years of specific leadership experience that enables you to confidently master the challenges of the newly opened business
• You are proficient in all areas of business management – from calculation, through result analysis, to action planning
• You are creative, like to take unconventional paths, and are eager to successfully position the business area long-term together with the owner family – innovative, economically successful, and with charming professionalism
• You know how to make a place something very special through your presence and commitment and thus inspire guests to return again and again
• You are loyal and represent your business area as if it were your own, maintaining harmonious relationships with guests as well as all internal and external partners
• You have a high quality and service understanding, which you also demand from your employees. Offering and delivering more than the guest expects is your maxim
• You see yourself as a team player, lead employees at eye level, and live "Service Excellence" with them. Your noticeable joy and motivation are contagious, creating a positive atmosphere that also transfers to guests
