• Planning and execution of work on the construction site, including preparation and follow-up
• Independent and timely procurement of necessary materials

Managing smaller construction sites

Requirements

• Federal VET Diploma
• Impeccable reputation Good German skills in speaking and good knowledge in writing
• Driver's license category B
• Good expertise and at least five years of experience in renovation and conversion work
• Neat appearance
• Understanding of business processes

Sense and feeling for colors

Good comprehension skills
