• Law degree obtained in Switzerland (lic. iur/MLaw)
• At least 3 years of experience required in an insurance company (claims service), a law firm,

• Strong negotiation and communication skills (oral and written)
• Goal-oriented working method, tenacity, and independence
• Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of the national languages, especially German. Any additional language skills are a preferred requirement
• Open personality, comfortable performing tasks both in a team and independently
• Attitude to work with precision, efficiency, and a targeted approach to finding solutions
