As a nursing expert, you are the central contact person for our nursing teams, accompany complex care situations, and promote the continuous development of our quality of care.

Especially in our care oasis for people with severe perception and movement impairments, you create a safe, secure environment together with the team. Your expertise helps to enable care that is professional, individual, and characterized by humanity.

• Professional responsibility in the area of care and support
• Recording and analyzing complex care situations
• Accompanying the nursing team in complex care situations
• Contributing expertise
• Active participation in KZU project and specialist groups
• Empowering the nursing team to apply their own expertise in practice
• Direct care and support of residents
• Interprofessional collaboration within the nursing team and with therapy staff and medical service

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
• At least two years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Experience in acute geriatrics/medicine is an advantage
• Leadership, coaching, and consulting skills
• Creative understanding of care
• Resilient, responsible, and goal-oriented

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to older, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
