Tasks In this versatile position in the inside sales area, you contribute significantly to sales success and customer satisfaction. As part of the Key Account department, you are the central contact person in the operational daily business for our key account customers as well as for the sales staff.
- Support and maintenance of our key customers in close cooperation with the Key Account Manager
- Building, developing, and maintaining personal, long-term customer relationships, including participation in annual meetings and customer visits together with the responsible Key Account Managers
- Responsibility for processing offers and orders, including their smooth coordination and documentation
- Review, coordination, and clarification of incoming customer inquiries and complaints to ensure efficient and customer-oriented solutions
- Creation and analysis of regular customer statistics and reports to provide a sound basis for decision-making
- Competent telephone and written support of our customers to handle concerns efficiently and friendly and to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Close cooperation with internal interface departments to ensure smooth information flow and highest service quality
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training with further education in the commercial field as well as higher professional training
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment in communicating with people
- Very good language skills in German (including understanding of Swiss German) and French (spoken and written); English skills are a plus
- Several years of experience in key account management or inside sales
- Confident handling of MS Office products and ideally first experience with SAP
- Proactive, independent working style and the ability to work in a flexible team environment
- Committed personality with a structured and responsible approach
